We are a non-profit organization of feminist women and LGTBIQ+ activists.
We are artists, thinkers, and educators.
We promote gender perspective through art, education, and creative communication.
We create spaces for dialogue and critical reflection.
Our goal is to build a fairer and more equal society.

Lives and works in Buenos Aires, currently involved in interdisciplinary projects from a feminist perspective.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from UNIDA in Asunción, Paraguay; a Master's degree in Equality and Equity in Development from the Universitat de Vic-Universitat Central de Catalunya; a Specialization in Public Policies and Gender Justice from CLACSO - FLACSO, Brazil; and a Diploma in International Instruments for Gender Policy Evaluation from CLACSO. Professionally, she has experience in Development Cooperation, Human Rights, and Gender.

Mara Mallorquin Saer

She currently lives and works in Buenos Aires, where she develops artistic projects based on Francophone and Latin American dramaturgies from a feminist perspective.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Theater Studies from the Université Paris X Nanterre/Universidade Federal da Bahia in 2002. She has worked in numerous countries in the areas of direction, production, and translation in institutions such as the Complejo Cultural San Martín and the Festival Estudio Abierto (Buenos Aires), Companhia de Dança Balé de Rúa (Minas Gerais and Paris), the Estadio Centenario (Montevideo), the Comédie Française and the Théâtre de la Ville (Paris), the Opéra de Lyon (Lyon), the Théâtre des Osses (Fribourg), St George’s Market (Belfast), Moviemento Kino (Berlin), the Göteborgs Stadsteater (Malmö), the Cultural Services of the French Embassy (New York), the Japan American Theater (Los Angeles), and the Espace Go (Montreal), among others.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Critical Social Thought from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts, a Master's degree in Epidemiology, Management, and Health Policies from the Universidad Nacional de Lanús, and is a Ph.D. candidate in Social Sciences at the Universidad de Buenos Aires.

She has over a decade of experience as a teacher, editor, translator, researcher, and evaluator, as well as an activist in feminist and LGBTIQ+ movements. She currently resides and works in Buenos Aires on issues related to health, gender, and sexualities.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata and a Master's degree in Audiovisual Digital Communication from the Universidad Nacional de Quilmes.

She currently serves as the director of the Bachelor's degree in Arts and Technologies at the Escuela Universitaria de Artes of the Universidad Nacional de Quilmes. She develops stage projects that combine academic formats with performative ones as university outreach projects. As an audiovisual producer, she works at the intersection of documentary, performance, and essay. In her research activity, she focuses her production on studies of the body, sensitivity, and contemporary artistic practice.

Currently works in educational and cultural spaces from a Popular Education perspective. She has extensive experience in Human Rights, Gender, and LGBTIQ+ projects, and has provided consultancy services for governmental, non-governmental, and multilateral organizations.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidad Católica de Asunción, a Diploma in Comprehensive Sexuality Education from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, and is a Psychodramatist and Actress.

Passionate Early Childhood Education teacher with experience in creating inclusive and stimulating educational environments. Her education includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management, and a Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education. She has complemented her professional development with courses on Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) and gender, and is currently studying Psychology at UBA.

Her experience spans teaching roles in various kindergartens and nurseries, where she has worked with children of different ages, promoting their integral development and emotional well-being. She is known for her ability to foster collaborative and affective learning.

Artist, performer, and researcher, with a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and Humanities from the Universidad Nacional de Quilmes.

Through the project "vena rota" (@vena.rota), she develops individual and collective works from critical, questioning, and dissident perspectives. She manages performance cycles and artistic activations and has experience collaborating with organizations such as Amnesty International Paraguay, Proyecto Diversxs, Esigualdad, Plataforma Social de Derechos Humanos, Conamuri (an organization of peasant and indigenous women in Paraguay), the Migrant Workers' Bloc in Buenos Aires, as well as with artist collectives from Paraguay and Argentina.

Winner of the Seed Award 2021 (Prince Claus Fund), among other recognitions, her practice encompasses video, performance, writing, and management. She currently lives between Buenos Aires and Asunción.

With extensive experience in the administration, accounting, and human resources of educational and cultural organizations, she has worked in Spain, Uruguay, and Argentina.

She is also a Psychological Consultant, with a humanistic and holistic approach to the individual, integrating her philosophical and feminist knowledge.
